In an attempt to provide greater transparency throughout the real estate industry, R.E.S.C.U.E. has developed a Registry that will allow access to Banks, Note Holders, Governmental Agencies, "HUD" Housing and Urban Development, “NAR” National Association of Realtors, "CAR" California Association of Realtors and many other agencies around the Country the opportunity to monitor any improprieties within a real estate transaction. Specifically, the monitoring system has been created help provide assurance to a "Selling Agent" and his or her client that their offer has been presented to the seller and the highest and best offer has been secured. The monitoring system has been set up to run trend reports on offering prices verses accepted offers and trend reports as to how "Listing Agents" are handling these transactions.
